בגלל הבורות הקיימת לגבי סגנון ה IPA החלטנו להרים את הכפפה ולרשום כתבה שמספרת על התפתחותו.

ביום ה IPA פרסמנו לינקים לכל מיני מאמרים באנגלית... לכן הדה-ז'ה-וו כמעט במקום.
כמו שאתה רואה הנושא מעסיק אותנו כבר הרבה זמן (הרבה לפני יום ה IPA...) הפעם חיברנו את אותם המאמרים ועוד קצת ועוד הרבה מידע למאמר אחד בעיברית כדי שיהייה נגיש יותר.
אז איציק, הנה גם בשבילך הכל מאוגד במאמר אחד ובעיברית (מהשאלה שלך אני מניח שלא קראת את הקישורים הקודמים)

intersting and very informative
as someone who drinks American IPA's daily I can tell you for sure it's not resamble the "clasic IPA", -thanx god, itst a new style of drink, hop extraxt with little bit beer flavor..... some IPA"S here are almost un-drinkable, too bitter (even for hopheads)
they took it to a new level
the americans like everything big and rich, thats why they go crazy.you dont want to see how they make food... ):
they will never make something the "classical" way, most cases you get "McDonalds" and other trubles, the only advantage is that its pushing the whole industry into innovation phase- and thats the good thing about american IPA'S.

actually we love american IPA. We by no means going against that style but thought we ought to our-self to know it's past. Afterwards we thought it's a great topic to share with everyone.
I have been in the states recently and know what u r talking about- everything is BIG and well the food is like eating fat, I can see a good dose of hops going great with that. but looking in many old-style IPA's recipes - they r bitter as hell going over 100 IBU's...
right now we r aging a classic IPA old style (actually this beer probably didn't went to India but it's the same style of 1880 export pale ale), i wonder how will it turns out...
