other: 1 ts irish moss for 15 minutes.
- 15 grams oak chips for 3 weeks.
moderately soft water.
lager yeast fermentis w-34/70
mash for 75 minutes at 66 c. boil for 90 minutes.
first fermentation at 9 c. for 7-8 days
second fermentation at 4 c. for 3 weeks
bottle lager at 4 c. for 3 months. with 101 grams corn sugar per 19 liters.
